Impact Insights exists to support better community-based care, long-term services and supports, disability services, aging services and behavioral health systems through practical, open-access guidance grounded in real-world operational experience.
The Knowledge Hub is designed to help providers, system leaders, commissioners, policy teams and care organizations strengthen quality, improve outcomes, reduce operational risk and build more resilient services. Its purpose is simple: to support better lives for people receiving care and support, while helping organizations operate safely, sustainably and confidently in complex federal, state and local service environments.

About Mike
Impact Insights was developed by Mike Harrison, Founder and CEO of Impact Guru Ltd, a UK-registered company. Mike is a social care consultant, tender writer and sector specialist with more than 20 years of experience across adult social care, commissioning, procurement support, operational governance and service improvement.
Mike has supported large providers, SMEs and start-up organizations across learning disability, physical disability, mental health, acquired brain injury, supported living, domiciliary care and community-based services. His work has included service development, operational governance, quality improvement, procurement support, commissioning engagement and evidencing complex care delivery across regulated services.
Impact Insights adapts this operational and governance-led approach for the U.S. care environment, focusing on community-based care, LTSS, HCBS, IDD services, behavioral health, provider operations, quality improvement, workforce sustainability and system-level performance.
