Monthly or Annual Sponsorship

Available sponsorship products offer flexible monthly recurring sponsorship as well as an annual option.

Monthly sponsorship can be cancelled before the next renewal in accordance with the applicable sponsorship terms. The exclusive position remains reserved while the subscription remains active.

Annual sponsorship provides 12 months for the equivalent cost of 10 monthly payments and secures the selected position for the agreed annual term.

If sponsorship ends or is not renewed, the exclusive position may subsequently become available to another suitable organization.

What Your Sponsorship Includes

Depending on the sponsorship selected, standard positioning includes:

  • sponsor logo displayed within a maximum area of 300 pixels wide × 150 pixels high
  • one sponsor strapline of up to 100 characters, including spaces

What Happens After Purchase?

Once your sponsorship purchase has been completed, simply email mikeharrison1303@icloud.com with:

  • your organization name
  • your sponsor logo — maximum display area 300 pixels wide × 150 pixels high
  • your sponsor strapline — maximum 100 characters, including spaces
  • your destination URL — the single webpage you would like your logo and strapline to link to

Where possible, email from the address associated with your purchase so that the sponsorship materials can easily be matched to the Shopify order.

Once everything required has been received and suitability confirmed, we aim to make the sponsorship live within 24 hours of receipt.

There is no separate onboarding form or sales process for a standard online sponsorship purchase.

Editorial Independence and Sponsor Suitability

Impact Insights remains editorially independent.

Sponsorship provides visibility and professional association but does not provide editorial control, influence resource outputs or imply endorsement.

Sponsors cannot influence article conclusions, assessment outcomes, scoring approaches, recommendations, evidence standards or wider publication decisions.

All sponsorship positions are also subject to professional relevance, suitability and availability.

Impact Insights reserves the right to decline a sponsorship where there are reasonable concerns regarding credibility, inappropriate products or services, misleading claims, conflicts with editorial independence or wider professional suitability.

Where a purchase cannot be accepted, the sponsorship will not be activated and any payment received will be handled in accordance with the applicable sponsorship terms.

Secure sponsorship checkout is currently centralized through Impact Guru so that Impact Insights can use the same commerce and subscription infrastructure without maintaining a second purchasing environment.

Payment is processed through the Impact Guru UK Shopify store in pounds sterling, while the selected USA sponsorship placement remains on Impact Insights.

The applicable product page clearly identifies the available Impact Insights USA option before purchase.
