No physical goods are delivered as part of:

- Editorial services
- Consulting services
- Digital resources
- Professional content services
Where digital services are purchased, delivery timelines, publication schedules, onboarding requirements, and project milestones will be agreed directly with the client as part of the relevant service arrangement.
Because no physical goods are supplied, shipping charges, shipping carriers, delivery tracking, customs duties, import fees, and international shipping arrangements do not apply.
