Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for sponsorships, commissioned knowledge articles, and related services purchased from Impact Insights.

Because most services provided by Impact Insights involve customized professional work, reserved sponsorship placements, editorial resources, and digital deliverables, refunds are generally limited once work has commenced or placements have been activated.


Sponsorships

Knowledge Hub sponsorships reserve exclusive positions that are unavailable to other organizations during the sponsorship term.

Once a sponsorship has been activated, invoices paid, and onboarding has commenced, sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

If an organization chooses to cancel an active sponsorship before the end of the agreed term, sponsorship recognition may be removed upon request; however, no full or partial refund will be provided.

If Impact Insights declines a sponsorship application before activation, any payment received will be refunded in full.

If Impact Insights terminates a sponsorship due to internal business reasons unrelated to sponsor conduct, a reasonable pro-rated refund may be issued at Impact Insights' discretion.


Commissioned Knowledge Articles

Commissioned articles involve customized research, planning, writing, editing, publication preparation, and editorial resources.

Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.

If a commissioned article is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be provided less any administrative costs already incurred.

If drafting, research, consultation, planning, editing, publication preparation, or production work has already commenced, refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on the stage reached.

Completed articles, published articles, article packages, editorial integration services, and completed updates are non-refundable.


Article Packages

Where article packages are purchased, refunds will not be available for completed articles already delivered or published.

Any refund consideration for unused package capacity remains entirely at the discretion of Impact Insights and will take account of resources already allocated to the project.


Editorial Integration Services

Strategic Insight Hub Integration services, contextual linking services, and related editorial integration work become non-refundable once implementation work has commenced.


Digital Services

Because services supplied by Impact Insights are digital, customized, and often delivered immediately following payment or agreement, refunds may not be available once delivery has begun.

Nothing within this policy affects any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.


Service Quality Concerns

If a client believes a service has not been delivered substantially in accordance with the agreed scope, they should contact Impact Insights as soon as possible.

Impact Insights will make reasonable efforts to review concerns and, where appropriate, provide clarification, corrections, or reasonable remedial actions.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing and include sufficient information to allow review of the request.
