Knowledge Hub Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

These Knowledge Hub Sponsorship Terms & Conditions govern sponsorship placements within the Impact Insights U.S. Community-Based Care Knowledge Hub.
These Terms apply to top-level section sponsorships and category sponsorships purchased or reserved through the Impact Insights Knowledge Hub Sponsorship Opportunities page, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By confirming, reserving, purchasing, or renewing a sponsorship placement, the sponsor agrees to these Terms.
1. Nature of Sponsorship
Impact Insights offers limited sponsorship opportunities within the U.S. Community-Based Care Knowledge Hub.
Sponsorship is an intangible brand visibility and association service. No physical goods are supplied.
Sponsorship does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, endorsement, recommendation, or approval of the sponsor, its services, products, employees, contractors, or activities.
All sponsorship recognition is limited to the agreed placement and format.
2. Sponsorship Placements
Sponsorship may be purchased at either top-level section level or category level.
Top-level section sponsorship provides visibility within one agreed top-level Knowledge Hub section.
Category sponsorship provides visibility within one agreed Knowledge Hub category.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sponsorship may include:
- exclusive sponsorship of one agreed top-level section or one agreed category
- logo placement on the relevant sponsored hub page
- a short sponsor strapline of up to 25 words
- one outbound link from the sponsored hub page to the sponsor’s website
- a text-based sponsor reference and link on the main Knowledge Hub index page within the relevant section or category area
Top-level section sponsors may also receive enhanced visibility across multiple related category pathways within the sponsored section.
Sponsorship does not appear within individual Knowledge Hub articles unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Available Sponsorship Positions
Four top-level section sponsorships and 24 category sponsorships may be available, subject to suitability, availability, and confirmation.
Top-level section sponsorships may include:
- Care & Support
- Workforce & Practice
- Quality & Governance
- Systems & Funding
Category sponsorships are available across defined Knowledge Hub categories listed on the sponsorship opportunities page.
Impact Insights may decline, pause, rename, restructure, or withdraw availability of any section or category before confirmation.
4. Exclusivity and Availability
Each sponsored position is exclusive to one sponsor during the agreed sponsorship term.
Positions are allocated on a first-secured basis and are not reserved without written confirmation and payment arrangements.
Existing sponsors may be offered first right of renewal before the position is made available to other organizations. Renewal is not guaranteed and remains subject to suitability, pricing, availability, and agreement.
5. Sponsorship Term
Sponsorships are offered on an annual basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The sponsorship term begins once payment has been confirmed and the sponsor placement has been activated, unless an alternative start date is agreed in writing.
Sponsorship does not automatically renew unless explicitly agreed.
6. Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sponsorship pricing is:
- top-level section sponsorship: $15,000 per year
- category sponsorship: $10,000 per year
Sponsorship is payable by invoice.
Payment is required before activation unless alternative payment terms are agreed in writing.
Prices may change for future sponsorship terms based on platform development, demand, traffic, positioning, and market conditions.
7. Sponsor Materials
Sponsors must provide accurate onboarding information, including:
- organization name
- preferred top-level section or category
- website URL
- logo file
- short hub strapline
- short index page descriptor
- contact details
Logos should be supplied as PNG, JPG, or SVG files.
Logo placement may be adjusted to maintain accessibility, page performance, mobile display, and visual consistency.
Impact Insights may edit sponsor straplines or descriptors for clarity, length, tone, accessibility, consistency, or suitability.
8. Editorial Independence
All core Knowledge Hub content is written and controlled independently.
Sponsorship does not provide:
- editorial control
- topic control
- influence over independent Knowledge Hub content
- right of approval over articles
- right to request removal of independent content
- control over internal linking, article structure, or site architecture
Impact Insights retains full editorial control at all times.
Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of the sponsor or its services.
9. Sponsor Suitability
All sponsorships are subject to suitability review.
Impact Insights may decline or terminate sponsorship where the sponsor does not align with the professional, evidence-led, and practitioner-focused positioning of the Knowledge Hub.
Reasons for refusal or termination may include:
- misrepresentation
- reputational risk
- ethical concerns
- poor fit with the Knowledge Hub audience
- activities that conflict with the Knowledge Hub’s purpose or values
- breach of these Terms
- material change in the sponsor’s activities, reputation, or services
Impact Insights is not required to accept any sponsorship request.
10. Optional Sponsor Knowledge Articles
Active sponsors may commission optional sponsor knowledge articles at preferential sponsor pricing.
These articles are separate from sponsorship and are subject to editorial suitability, quality standards, relevance, and professional fit.
Sponsor knowledge articles do not provide editorial control over the wider Knowledge Hub and do not imply endorsement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sponsor article pricing is:
- single sponsor article: $1,000
- 5-article sponsor package: $4,000
- 10-article sponsor package: $6,500
Each sponsor knowledge article may include:
- up to 3,000 words
- professionally written article content based on the sponsor’s product, service, solution, platform, or specialist area
- up to 5 contextual links to relevant sponsor pages or resources
- placement within the relevant Knowledge Hub area, subject to editorial suitability
- formatting and publication within the Impact Insights Knowledge Hub
- publication and indexing submission workflow
- one minor update within 12 months of publication
Commissioned sponsor knowledge articles are hosted subject to continued suitability, editorial standards, and platform requirements.
11. Sponsor Article Updates
One minor update is included within 12 months of publication for each commissioned sponsor knowledge article.
Additional minor updates are charged at $150 per update unless otherwise agreed.
Larger rewrites, substantial repositioning, new content requirements, major factual updates, or significant restructuring may be quoted separately.
Impact Insights may decline update requests that are unsuitable, misleading, overly promotional, inconsistent with editorial standards, or outside the agreed article scope.
12. Search Engines, Indexing, and Traffic
Sponsorship provides visibility and brand association only.
Impact Insights does not guarantee:
- website traffic
- page views
- search engine rankings
- Google indexing
- search visibility
- lead generation
- enquiries
- sales
- commercial outcomes
- return on investment
Where indexing submission is included for sponsor knowledge articles, this means reasonable submission workflow only. It does not guarantee inclusion in search results, ranking position, search traffic, or search performance.
13. Platform Development
The Knowledge Hub is an evolving platform.
Impact Insights may expand, restructure, redesign, rename, update, or improve the Knowledge Hub, including:
- navigation
- hub pages
- section names
- category names
- page layouts
- article structures
- internal linking
- visual presentation
- commercial pages
- resource pages
Such changes will not materially reduce an active sponsor’s agreed placement during the paid sponsorship term.
Impact Insights may make reasonable formatting or structural changes to ensure the platform remains usable, accessible, professional, and commercially sustainable.
14. Cancellations and Refunds
Sponsorship agreements are non-refundable once activated.
If a sponsor chooses to withdraw before the end of the agreed term, the sponsorship placement may be removed at the sponsor’s request. No refund or pro-rata adjustment will be issued.
If Impact Insights terminates a sponsorship due to sponsor breach, misrepresentation, reputational concern, unsuitability, or values misalignment, refund eligibility will be considered at Impact Insights’ discretion.
Refunds are otherwise issued only where required by applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
The Knowledge Hub structure, content, wording, design, layout, branding, page architecture, and editorial material remain the intellectual property of Impact Insights unless otherwise stated.
Sponsorship does not grant any ownership rights in the Knowledge Hub or its content.
Sponsors retain ownership of their own logos, trademarks, and brand materials.
By providing logos, wording, descriptions, images, or other materials, the sponsor grants Impact Insights permission to use those materials for the purposes of delivering the agreed sponsorship placement and any associated sponsor knowledge articles.
16. Sponsor Responsibilities
The sponsor is responsible for ensuring that all information, claims, wording, URLs, logos, and materials supplied to Impact Insights are accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and authorized for use.
The sponsor must notify Impact Insights promptly if:
- its website URL changes
- its logo or branding changes
- its organization name changes
- there is a material change affecting suitability
- any supplied information becomes inaccurate or misleading
Impact Insights is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or security of sponsor websites or third-party links.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Impact Insights is not liable for:
- loss of profits
- loss of sales
- loss of opportunity
- loss of goodwill
- loss of search visibility
- loss of traffic
- indirect or consequential losses
- commercial outcomes that do not meet sponsor expectations
Impact Insights’ total liability in relation to a sponsorship agreement is limited to the amount paid by the sponsor for the relevant sponsorship term.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
Impact Insights may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will apply to future sponsorships, renewals, and new commissioned sponsor articles.
Changes will not materially reduce an active sponsor’s agreed sponsorship placement during the paid term unless required for legal, regulatory, ethical, technical, or platform protection reasons.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Impact Insights and any written agreement entered into with the sponsor.
Where a separate written agreement or invoice terms specify governing law or jurisdiction, those written terms will apply.
